1 - Peça para seu adjunto te entregar um relatório do elenco reserva dos best clubes;
2 - Selecione os jogadores que achar interessantes e solicite um relatório de observação desses jogadores;
3 - Identifique nas informações sobre o jogador se ele está disponível para empréstimo e se o clube exige algum pagamento de salário (a maioria dos grandes clubes não solicita pagamento);
4 - Ofereça um contrato de empréstimo;
5 - Reze para nenhum outro time melhor e mais famoso se interessar pelo mesmo jogador, por que o seu alvo pode decidir ir para outro clube.
Empréstimo é uma boa saída para resolver problemas a curto prazo, mas fique de olho no mercado para encontrar jogadores com as mesmas características para trazer em definitivo, assim você melhora de forma permanente seu elenco.
